The Challenge:

Solid Homes set out to launch a new modular homes brand that challenged the slow, fragmented nature of traditional construction. While their product was fast, turnkey, and design-led, the category was crowded with utility-focused prefab brands that lacked emotional appeal and credibility.
 

The challenge was to create a premium brand that could communicate speed without compromise, engineering with warmth, and architecture with soul - positioning them not just as a modular builder, but as a new way to live.

The Solution:

We created Viro, a modern modular homes brand built around the idea of Design. Build. Furnish. Faster. A name and identity that balances precision engineering with calm, Scandinavian-inspired design, Viro positions modular living as aspirational, intentional, and beautifully simple.
 

The brand system brings together refined typography, structured layouts, and warm natural tones - creating a cohesive identity that feels at home in nature, online, and across investor-ready presentations. The result is a confident, design-led brand that reframes modular homes as complete living experiences, delivered in months, not years.
