The Project

We did the brand identity design for The Langstaff Residence - a high rise condo that will be built in the historic location of Richmond Hill.

Our target were young tech-savvy millennials who wanted to leave the expensive Downtown Toronto core and move to a modern, smart-home facility for a fraction of the price - especially during the pandemic crisis, where they feel safer working from home rather than commuting to work. A 5G Internet, pool, gym, 24/7 concierge service enables them to live and work remotely from home.
